On Sunday 11th May, following the VE 80th Anniversary of 8th May 2025, Chef Marc cooked our guests a breakfast of bacon baguettes and also a VE Celebration British Sunday roast lunch, in honour of all those who fought in the Second World War.

This was a much-enjoyed meal and a poignant way for us to remember the brave men and women who fought in the war, especially those who sacrificed their lives, as well as those who lived to celebrate Victory in Europe on 8th May 1945.
