A small charity
with a big heart
Cheltenham Open Door supports vulnerable, disadvantaged and isolated people. We offer a welcoming, non-judgemental space where our guests can relax and enjoy food, friendship and access to advice and support.
Drop in for hot meals, drinks, signposting, practical help, space to relax and activities. No referral or booking is required.

Services and opening times
Our Guest Hub is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 10am to 3pm, as well as Sundays from 8.30am-1pm.
Everything we offer is free. Guests do not need a referral. If you believe someone needs our services, please suggest they visit us for a warm welcome.

You can support our homeless guests by donating any of these items.
- Tents (pop-up or two-skin – up to 4 berth)
- Flasks
- Men’s trainers
- Men’s boxers, new or washed and as new
- Men’s jeans, joggers and hoodies
- Men’s spray anti-perspirants
- Instant noodles (packets or pots)
- Tinned meat and fish (corned beef, ham, tuna etc)
- Tinned ready meals (mac & cheese, beef ravioli, pies)
- Dog food (wet tins and dry bags)

Cheltenham Open Door receives no guaranteed government funding. You can support us in a number of ways, for example by donating money, food, or clothing, or by fundraising on our behalf.
