Volunteer at our Guest Hub
Volunteering at our Guest Hub is a chance to meet some incredible people in our community and challenge yourself. It’s fast-paced and no two days are ever the same. You’ll be supported to make a difference and maybe even discover some hidden talents.
We ask our weekday Guest Hub volunteers to commit to a half day once a week or a full day every fortnight. We have greater flexibility for those who wish to volunteer on Sundays at the Guest Hub.
We also work with corporate volunteering teams who assist us with specific projects. As a small team, we do not have the resources to accommodate individuals who wish to spend their corporate volunteering days as a Guest Hub volunteer.
Typical volunteer activities include:
- helping our guests directly
- running activities at the Guest Hub
- helping in the kitchen
- being a driver’s mate

As we recruit based on need, you may not hear back straight away.

Hours for regular volunteers
Most of our volunteering opportunities are between 9.30am and 3.30pm, Monday to Thursday and Sundays between 8.00am and 1.30pm. We hope to develop further opportunities to help with fundraising in the near future.
All volunteers MUST be 18 or over. For their safety, under 18s cannot attend, even with an adult volunteer.
