Guest Hub opening times

The Guest Hub at Alstone Lane is open between 10am-3pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Open Door Donations Hub

Our Donations Hub is at 39 Grosvenor Street, Cheltenham GL52 2SQ. Find it on Google Maps. The nearest car park is in St James Street (£).

There are double yellow lines outside the building but staff and volunteers can come out and help with donations.

Donations Hub opening times

The Donations Hub is open on Mondays and Wednesdays only, from 10am-3pm.

If you’re dropping off donations of clothes, please double check what we can take. Our Guests are mainly young men and women with complex lives, often on the move. We therefore need young, casual, comfortable clothes.

We’re sorry that we CANNOT accept:

X Formal men’s clothes – suits, smart shoes, smart shirts
X Smart women’s clothes – dresses and skirts, blouses, not-trainer shoes
X Linens – bedding, towels, duvets, blankets etc
X Household items – pots, pans, toasters, plates
X Furniture – of any kind
X Children’s items – of any kind

Looking for somewhere to donate? We recommend Emmaus or the Cheltenham Household Essentials Project.

We are very grateful for donations of the following items:

• Men’s trainers (UK6 to UK12)
• Women’s trainers (UK5/6)
• Men’s jeans (up to 36″ waist)
• Men’s shorts (up to 36″ waist)
• Men’s T shirts (up to L)
• Men’s hoodies
• Men’s boxers, new (or washed and in as new condition)
• Women’s casual clothes – jeans, t shirts, hoodies

• Dog food, treats and toys
• Small tents
• Sleeping bags (modern ones in a stuff sack)
• USB Charging cables (C type, micro USB, Apple)
• USB charging plugs (that you push the cables into)
• We always need strong carrier bags
