Our services

All our services are free to access. We rely on donations and receive no guaranteed government funding.

Meals

From Monday to Thursday we serve a help-yourself breakfast and a hot two-course lunch. Our food is homemade and tasty and our menu varies daily. On Sundays we serve a hot breakfast.

Laundry / showers

Guests are able to wash and dry their clothes while they are here. We provide laundry liquid. Guests can also access hot showers, clean towels and toiletries

Clothing

Clean, good quality clothing is available from our clothing store. Many of our guests are homeless or often on the move so donations of jogging bottoms, hoodies and trainers for men and women are always well received.

Signposting

When guests feel ready to, we are able to signpost them to other services we work closely with. These include addiction services and housing organisations such as P3 and Julian House.

Street kit

When homeless guests cannot be housed immediately, we can offer street kit, such as flasks, sleeping bags, survival bags etc. We also provide homeless guests with street food packages suitable for those on the move.

Health services

We work with a number of health professionals, including GPs, nurses, mental health specialists and a podiatrist. Health screenings also take place regularly on site.
