Guests are welcomed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, 10.00 – 15.00.

Everything we offer is free. Guests do not need a referral; anyone who needs us is welcome to join us, without question. If you believe someone needs our services, please suggest they visit us for a warm welcome and the following help:

Meals

10.00 – 11.15 Breakfast is a help-yourself service with cereals, toasts and spreads.

12.00 – 12.30 Hot, two course lunch.

Hot drinks, biscuits and toast are available through the day.

Food to go

Guests can always request a food parcel to take away which is tailored to their needs. The contents of food parcels are made up entirely from donations. To help, visit our donate page.

Clothing

Guests can help themselves to clean, good quality clothing from our clothing store. To donate clothes, see our donate page).

Showers

Guests have access to our shower facilities. We also provide fresh towels and miniature toiletries.

Laundry

Guests have the opportunity to launder and dry their clothes on site. 

Street kit

When homeless Guests cannot be housed immediately, we can offer ‘street kit’ – flasks, sleeping bags, survival bags, etc. To donate kit, see our donate page.

Referrals and signposting

The services we help Guests to access include housing charities and services such as P3, Addiction assistance including CGL, Citizens Advice sessions and Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (night shelter) provision.
